This policy explains what data HopNote handles and where responsibilities are split between the app and app stores.
1. Who we are
HopNote and this website are maintained as a personal project without a registered company. Contact for privacy requests: support@hopnote.app.
2. Data and storage
HopNote is offline-first: recipes, brew logs, and notes are stored locally on your device. Core app usage does not require an account on our servers.
3. App Store, Google Play, and billing
Paid access is processed by App Store and Google Play. We do not process card data directly. Refunds and purchase management follow each store's rules.
4. Restore purchases
To recover paid access after reinstall, use restore or Restore Purchases in the app with the same store account used for the original purchase. Manual support grants are not used.
5. Your rights
You can remove local app data via OS settings or by uninstalling HopNote. Privacy-related requests: support@hopnote.app or the Contact page.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when the product changes. The latest version remains available at this URL with an updated date at the top.
