These terms explain, in plain language, how you may use the HopNote app and project website.

1. Who we are

HopNote and this website are maintained as a personal project, without a registered legal entity. Contact: support@hopnote.app.

2. Using the app

HopNote is made for homebrewing and provided "as is". You are responsible for the data you enter in recipes and brew logs and for how you use that data.

3. Purchases and Pro access

The current paid model is one-time lifetime Pro. Billing, receipts, and payment processing are handled by App Store and Google Play under their own terms.

4. Refunds and Restore Purchases

Refund decisions are made by App Store or Google Play. To recover paid access after reinstall, use Restore Purchases in the app with the same store account used for purchase.

5. Changes to terms and features

We may update these terms, app features, and distribution model as the product evolves. The updated version becomes effective once published on this page.
